60 min power yoga flow to strengthen, balance, and detoxify your entire body and mind as you move through challenging postures and connected breath. We’ll build strength, mentally and physically, through movement and breath at an active, but intuitive pace. We’ll hit some restorative action at the beginning of class and work on strength and mobility throughout, making this the perfect way to jumpstart the final day of your weekend.

• Perfect for all levels - options always provided to modify or intensify your practice.

• Class will take place on the front patio, right when you walk into Levitate’s Backyard (where Rexicana is located).
